Where is Shaw Ave. Children's Center located? Mid-town St. Louis at Shaw and Tower Grove, convenient to I-64 (Highway 40), I-44 and I-55. See map on Contact page.
What ages attend SACC? Children ages 6 weeks to 5 years, pre-kindergarten.
When is the Center open and what meals are served? Monday through Friday, 7:00 am until 6:00 pm, year-round except for ten major holidays, serving breakfast, lunch and an afternoon snack to those past infancy.
Is a part-time schedule available? Availability varies for 3 and 4 days per week attendance, and children's need for "continuity of care" requires that these days be in sequence. SACC does not offer routine half-day care.
Does SACC have experienced teachers? SACC, established in 1988, maintains a majority of long-term and mid-term experienced staff, balancing that maturity with the energy of several younger persons.
What are the tuition rates per age group? Fees are determined by age range and number of days attending. Current rates are available by personal or phone interview. See Contact page.
How do I enroll my child? Contact SACC to schedule an interview for detailed information, a facility tour, classroom visits, tuition and deposit amounts.
